I have always been an artist and I believe creativity is the essence of life. I love being in the presence of art, and I am in awe of it's magic to create emotions. My paintings are compositions comprised of overlapping shapes, drips, veils and colors. Each painting represents the relationship between form, color and space. I use oils for their brilliance, inks for flow and acrylics for ease and accessibility. My paintings come from my sense of balance and it's profound importance in life. I have been told over and over again that they evoke calmness. Painting is how I find peace and express joy.
