Tracking Your Purchase
Tracking your original art or fine art print purchase is made easy when you join the Collectors Club!
You can join the Collectors Club for free at any time before, or even while you are making your original fine art purchase. Once you have become a member, you can login, click on the “My Orders” tab, and finally click on the available UPS tracking number. If the tracking number does not appear, it means that your order is still being processed.
Orders will usually ship within 5 business days from the date the order is first received. If shipping of your order will be delayed for any reason such as the artist being out of town, your order requires quoting and providing special packing and shipping arrangements, or simply because you have purchased additional artist services like our mat and/or frame option, then you will be notified of the anticipated shipping date. As soon as the tracking number is available, you can use it to track your order directly with UPS, or simply click the “My Orders” button and we will provide you with the latest information we have on your shipment.
