Should a buyer not be satisfied with a piece of original fine art they have purchased for any reason, they can return it for a full refund less shipping and handling charges. It is important to note that notification of their intent to return the original art must be received within seven (7) days of their receipt of the artwork.
In the event that we are notified of the intent of the buyer to return your original art, you will be notified immediately. If they are returning the original art for any reason other than the artwork being damaged upon receipt, they will be responsible for the return shipping fees and insurance back to the UPS Store from which the shipment was first made.
