Sales Notifications
Should you sell a piece of original fine art that is posted on the TheArtGallerist.com website through another channel such as through a gallery, or directly to a purchaser who perhaps has seen your artwork on your personal website or in a show or exhibition, you must make the necessary changes to the availability of the item in the Content Manager system immediately. The Content Manager can be found on your Account Administration page. Upon the sale of your original art, it is your responsibility to change the artwork's status from "Available" to "Sold".
If you should fail to make this change in a timely manner and we happen to re-sell a piece of original art that you have already sold, that is not good for your or our reputation. Such a breach of your responsibilities could result in the termination of your account with TheArtGallerist.com.
