How to Return Artwork
Your complete satisfaction is our goal!
We try to do everything possible for our customers to ensure you are not only pleased with the fine art purchases you have made, but with our service.
Should you wish to return a piece of artwork you have purchased from us and it is still within the 7 day customer satisfaction guarantee period, please follow the following process:
- Send an email to artgalleristsupport@cox.net for instructions.
- Repack the artwork in the original tube or box packing materials.
- You will be directed to the nearest UPS shipping location in your area where a return label will already be prepared.
Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges for artwork you received undamaged. The value of artwork damaged in return transit will also be your responsibility should any damage claims be denied by UPS Insurance as being a result of their shipping. You are advised to take insurance on all return shipments.
