Damaged Artwork
If a piece of artwork is damaged when you receive it, please notify the shipping company and TheArtGallerist.com as soon as possible (and within 7 days) by contacting Customer Support by email at support@TheArtGallerist.com.
Our return policy says that you must retain the damaged artwork and all the original shipping and packaging material. You will be given instructions on the process for receiving your refund and instructions on what to do with the damaged item, which will include inspection of the item and packaging materials by the shipping company.
